I scored this ah-may-zing dress from a shopmycloset on instagram. $15!! It's a limited edition Heartbreaker Fashion (now Heart of Haute) dress. I can't believe my luck, finding this like-new dress in my size for such a sweet deal. This was also my first attempt at victory rolls. I had some time today to attempt a new hairstyle, and Amelia of Junebugs and Georgia Peaches had posted a tutorial not too long ago, so I figured I'd give it a whirl. She's not kidding, her tutorial is definitely the easy to follow! It's definitely one of the more daring hairstyles I've tried, and while I like it, I'll definitely have to get used to it! I think it's my bangs that are making me hesitant, but with the wedding coming up, I'm scared to trim them.
dress: heart of haute (thrifted, similar)
belt: from another dress
flower: vintage box 1947
shoes: swedish hasbeens via amazon
pearls: gift
I think the Victory rolls look cute :)
ReplyDeleteThat dress is so adorable, and I looove the victory rolls! I still am hopelessly lost when it comes to victory rolls and bumper bangs... I just need to have a computer and a mirror in the same place, hah.
