today's outfit was inspired by a text suggestion, at 9:55pm last night, when i was half asleep and non-comprehensive. melissa suggested an outfit for me, and i was confused over which top she meant... so i went with the wrong top (this one) and made this outfit. lesson: reading to the point of blurred vision and merging imagination into dreams equals creative outfits. good to know.
did i mention i got complimented on my shoes today? twice? at work? i was pretty stoked. one said "those shoes are something else. they are just classic. they're really great."... second guy overheard this, and as he was leaving, he said, "it's true, those shoes are great." not to mention the first guy to come in this morning and see me (he's a regular in the office) said "wow that's a nice outfit, it's the first time i've seen you in that, that's something"... thank you gentlemen, for really making my day with your sincere compliments. it's truly appreciated to know that all of my thought and effort that goes into my outfits actually gets noticed.
