    And a fabulous post it was too - thanks for your reply to my comment! I was amused by the interchangeable way you referred to tights, pantyhose and stockings: you probably know that on this side of the Atlantic tights are tights unless they are stockings! I tried to comment yesterday - but there was a comment problem - to say that I loved the brooches too. Kc
